Pitlik’s Resort is located on Sand Lake, nine miles southwest of Eagle River, Wisconsin. Sand Lake is one of five lakes connected on the Sugar Camp Chain of Lakes. The twelve cabins and rustic main lodge stand on a grassy slope overlooking the lake’s south shore. Acres of heavy forest – Norway pine, birch, oak, and maple – envelope the resort providing a rich habitat for the area’s wildlife population.

We just left Pitlik’s. This was our 23rd year staying there woth our whole family. Always love going up there and always hate to leave. Our time always flies by too fast. The staff was very pleasant and polite. Can’t wait to come back in 356 more days!!
I was with Women on snow, the first time we went to Pitlik’s. Awesome Bloody Mary’s made by hand not from a mix last night we went back for dinner, I do not know how someone could make meatloaf dinner looks so great and taste so good but they did. it was awesome I would give this restaurant five stars any day of the week and go back there for more of the same. If you ever in the area you have to stop at Pitlik’s you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Pitlik’s for donating to women on snow we really appreciate it
We discovered this restaurant last year and were pleasantly surprised. Went back again this year on our annual vacation twice. It can be very busy but the food is worth it and the wait staff really hustles to make sure everything is right.
We were in a group of 28 hungry people for a scheduled dinner with three pre-chosen entrees. The tables were set up nicely for us when we arrived. The delivery of salads, entrees, and then dessert (yummy!) was timely. We were all able to eat together with no long periods between courses. The food was delicious, as it always is at Pitlik’s. The servers and bartenders were friendly and competent. The wine was good! It’s always a treat dining at Pitlik’s. They know their business, so there’s never a worry. The great view is a bonus!
Best prime rib place ever!!!! You cannot find any place close to this! Stellar service and best food around. Shrimp ia amazing and the prime rib is Juicy and delicious!!! Mondays they have $2 margarittas!!! This place is a must go to experience.! We have been going for many years!
Our group of 6 snowmobiled here recently for dinner on a Sunday night. We loved the place that evidently has been here since the earlier part of the last century. Beautiful decor with fireplaces and comfy chairs. Very good service also. I had the big 1/2 lb cheeseburger and it was one of the best burgers I ever had in my life. They use bison for the burger meat and it was crazy good and cooked perfectly. The bloody mary comes out in a fish bowl like schooner glass and is loaded with veggies, shrimp and what not. The bananas foster for dessert was also excellent. I would love to go back here and even stay at the resort next time along with dining here.
I had the Friday fish here, and it was great! We sat out on the deck and it was a beautiful view. We waited a while for our food, but it was well worth the wait. Price was average. I would recommend this place to anyone.
